I Have Lower Back Pain I Can Only Walk About

I have lower back pain I can only walk about a hundred yards before The Shins on both legs start hurting it works up into my knees and my knee started hurting I cannot walk over a hundred yards and I cannot stand very long what is my problem front of my shin start hurting on both legs
