I Have Lower Back Pain Inside Where My Kidneys Are.

I have lower back pain inside where my kidneys are. The pain is moving to the front of my belly at times. I'm feeling nauseous. Last night I had chills, but no fever, aches and pain and felt like I was going to throw up but never did. I am experiencing terrible heart burn as well. Do you think I have a kidney infection? I don't know about the urine. I haven't really inspected it. I do know that there is no blood in it though.
