I Have Lower Back Pain, Pain On Left Hip And

I have lower back pain, pain on left hip and then runs down my left leg. Recently the leg pain is getting worst, in the morning when i get out of bed the left leg is painful and wont support me. Almost like its asleep. I have to catch myself on the dresser because it fails to support me, Once I get moving around the leg feels better.
What do you think could be going on?
