I Have Lower Back Pain Starting Near My Tailbone, Traveling

I have lower back pain starting near my tailbone, traveling up my back, which makes me hunch over when I walk. It also goes all the way down my legs and through the pelvic area. It has been getting steadily worse and my doctor can't find out why this is happening. Is there a specific type of doctor I should see?
