I Have Lower Right Abdominal Sharp Pain..I Went To ER

I have lower right abdominal sharp pain..I went to ER had an ultrasound and a vaginal ultrasound done, fibroids and cysts were found and I already knew about these. Bloodwork, urine, blood pressure and temperature were normal. However my GYN seems to think my pain is not from any gynecological issue, what other possibilities are there and what type of doctors should I be referred to?
