I Have Lump On My Upper Right Thigh Near The

I have lump on my upper right thigh near the groin area, it drips pus on popping...I had a small lump on the place for nearly 10 years with a black spot on the top. I popped that nce years ago and pus black coloured thick discharge came out, thn grew up slowly....pls tell me wt shoul i do now?
