I Have Lumps Behind My Ears On Both Sides But

I have lumps behind my ears on both sides but there is no pain I feel but itching is inside and it is very small they can,t grow .those lumps can,t move and is very small. ten years ago with it but with itching inside the ear and also headache. I took different medical drugs but no improve. they took asample biopsy and they comfirm that it is lymphedenopathy and also there is no pus I have. so what is my problem? is it cancer or inflammation?how is it? how can be treated? thanks
