I Have Lumps In Both My Breasts On The Outter

I have lumps in both my breasts on the outter sides nearing my armpits. The lumps pains when pressed even slightly, it does not move and has been previously diagnosed as fribroadenoma. The lump had reduced on taking medicines prescribed one of which was Primosa 500mg which helped the lump to reduce but still couldnt vanish it completely and now the lump has incresed again and become larger than before. The pain is going to my arms and my back, sometimes i have difficulty eating because of the pain and get breathlessness. I have been suggested mammo and sonography which is yet to be done. I'm just 17 yrs old, not obese with a weight of 54.7 kgs n height 5'6".I used to be very athletic, participting in basketball, football, horseriding and badminton but it all has come to a stop because of this pain. I even have a vitamin D deficiency which has gone down to 10 but now it has been taken care of. What could be the lump problem I have?
