I Have Lumps On Around My Penis Base Head I

I have lumps on around my penis base head I had unprotected sex before 2 months itches on anus and scrotum I try antibiotics Cefpodoxime 200 mg one tab for 1 week the itches gone little but I did not take today the lumps is bigger I worried about lots of this wats the exact disease?? I try acicolivr also no use.. but antibiotics gives less itch no puss no odur no pain but little swollen in penis head..
