I Have Lumps On My Legs When Bend Down. I

I have lumps on my legs when bend down. I have been to the Dr before I have three ganglion cysts in my left ankle. Now I have 2 bumps on left and right leg within a inch and a half of each other and one above the two on my right leg. They pertude outward when squatting down. Can ganglion cysts spread further? Or is it something else?
