I Have Lupus. However Over The Past Couple Months I've

I have lupus. However over the past couple months I've been experiencing rashes, first on my scalp now they seem to have left that area and are on my left SCM, left elbow, left bikini line and recently it's started to feel like there's fiberglass fibers poking at me from my clothes (ther's obviously not). I use fragrance free everything, don't use dryer sheets, use olive oil, coconut oil and vaseline to moisturize my skin. I saw a dermatologist about the scalp, he offered no help but did give me a prescription. I'd like to find out the cause so I can address that versus treating symptoms. I'm a 35 y/o female, had a baby in 2013. Im wondering if it's hormonal? food/ chemical allergies? please help.
