I Have Lupus And Four Fibroids When I Demonstrate These

I have lupus and four fibroids when I demonstrate these large big red tissues size of an hand come out of me. The whole five days that I'm on my cycle. Everything hurts badly when im on but this is getting scarey. My fibroids are the size of nickles could this be the problem?
