I Have Lupus For 17 Years. I Just Found Out

I have lupus for 17 years. I just found out that my grandson (7) is leaving moving out of state. My best friend husband died 3 days now. my hubby birthday is today and I have rash all over me. I haven't had the rashes but one since I've been diagnosed with Lupus. I'm so stressed My grandson his leaving and I was stressed and I got the text not a phone call a text letting me know that he was died. just can't seem to stop this pain my family are friend are there but they don't understand. I don't know to do about the rashes. Please HELP me PLEASE.
