I have major itching below the knees both legs. I've tried everything I can think of, bug bite cream, aloe, aloe spray, eucurin, salt water bath. It's like 100 bug bites and they seem to bother me worse at night. My husband doesn't have them and neither do my kids. Just me. Heat seems to make it flare up, cool compresses seem to make it feel better
