I Have Malformed Rbc's And Periods Of Fairly Debilitating Sob

I have malformed rbc's and periods of fairly debilitating sob , obviously my red cells can not carry oxygen. My dr has me on iron supplementation. My sob is intermittently still problematic . I would like to know if I have an underlying disease diagnosis that is not being addressed
