I Have Malrotated Kidney And Bit Smaller In Size. 5

I have malrotated kidney and bit smaller in size. 5 years ago i had stones in left kidney which were removed through lithography. Now i am having bit of pain. Had gone through check up with a nephrenologist and gone through Urine RE and USS. No stones were found but same problem of malrotated kidney and smaller in size i.e 8x4 c.m in size. please guide as some doctor advise to remove the kidney also and other say no need of it.
