I have many symptoms. Dizziness, weakness in arms and legs, headaches, muscle cramps, muscle twitching, pain alot of it, excruciating back pain,random pain which feels like my skin is on fire, massive fatigue all the time, forgetfulness. I've had an mri to rule out ms but doc said it's just migraines and the pain is in my head help please
