I Have M.e. With Severe Fatigue And Muscle Pain. I

I have m.e. with severe fatigue and muscle pain. I am 51. I have had the most agonising pain deep in my left buttock which radiates round deep in my groin. Feels like contraction pain is there but builds and builds til I feel faint then it eases. This can go on for days.
