I Have Medical Routine Checkup Recently.. And My LFT Shows

I have medical routine checkup recently.. And my LFT shows ast 44. alt 62 triglyceride is elevated half the normal . Cholesterol 206. ldl 20. hdl 44.
I am taking metformin for Pcos and sometimes provera to induce menstrual cycle..
My weight is 158 and I am 5.6 height
.. I don't know what I have to do to improve this result.. I read in Internet that it would be due to NON ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER.. I am very sacred..please help
