I Have Medium To Major Pain In My Left Groin

I have medium to major pain in my left groin at this time. It is located along the visible line where the thigh and the pelvic muscle meet. About half way up the pelvic muscle. It seems to be internal It has been this way since August. Also, I can't afford to go to a doctor at this time. I went to an emergency room 9/5 they didn't even take an x-ray, just a little pushing on my abdomen. They said maybe it was a muscle problem, and charged me $3000.00 for no results.
