I Have Metastisised Melanoma So I Think It Is Important

I have metastisised Melanoma so I think it is important to tell you this first. My question however relates to RA treatment of which under my GP I have stopped due to side effects. I have had in the past Methotexrate, by injection (weekly) Gold injections weekly, plaquenil daily oral dose of 200mg, steroid treatment of various strengths, Arava. I know there have been others, but recently I have stopped the Plaquenil, steroids and Gold injections, because of severe skin rashes and general unwellness. Since I have stopped all the medication related to RA, I have now developed quite severe Oedema in my legs and feet, with less severe symproms in my hands. Should I return to taking and having Plaquenil, steroids and Gold injections? Thanks Denise. I am almost 70, but a Young and active 70!!!
