I Have Migraines, Pressure In The Head, Dizziness, And Severe

I have migraines, pressure in the head, dizziness, and severe tightness in the veins in the neck. I've had Lyme disease since 2002 but had to stop antibiotics in 2003 due to severe weakened immune system. Latest dr doesn't know why, test results came back with infection and inflammation but she doesn't know what to do.
