I Have Mild, Dull Achy Pain In Kidneys, Lower Back,

I have mild, dull achy pain in kidneys, lower back, lower chest, lower abdomen, and groin. The kidney pains are consistent, mostly on right side. The chest, abdomen, and groin pain are sporadic. I did travel to Brazil in Jan/Feb 2015 for about 3 weeks, Amazon region. The kidney pains started soon after a previous trip to Brazil last year in sept/oct. The additional pains started soon after my return from the recent trip. I used a home test for urinary tract infection. It indicated I had a very mild infection as my leukocites were slightly elevated. I took a regimen of cipro, 500 mg twice a day, for 7 days. The pain in the kidneys did not stop but upon testing for the UTI again it indicated negative. I do have a hernia above my navel, sometimes it is a little uncomfortable but not painful. Sometimes I feel pressure on my upper abdomen from it. I sometimes push it back in.
