I Have Mild Fever, Within 98 While Measuring In Thermometer.

I have mild fever, within 98 while measuring in thermometer. A potential exposure to hiv , as I touched the female parts of a massage girl and I noticed a broken skin on one of my finger and a blood of amount normal to skin rupture happened 18days back. Went on to have p24 test for the same, and waiting for the result. I m feeling very anxious because of this fever. I do have dry cough occasionally. Fever is persistent but never rises above 98. I feel tired too. The fever first appeared after one week of exposure. Can you please help with possible reasons. My esr report show a value of 16. Others reports reports such as platelets are normal.
