I Have Mild Hypertension And Am Overweight. My Body Lacks

I have mild hypertension and am overweight. My body lacks iron and vitamin d . I am 15 ,5'6 weighing around 220 and I had and ecg, I was told my ecg was normal. 2 weeks later I am having slight chest pain in the middle of my chest(breastbone) not horrible at all ,but a bit uncomfortable (a poking feeling that comes and goes) ...should I be worried about my heart?
