I Have Miscarriage 3month Ago And My Normal Period Is

I have miscarriage 3month ago and my normal period is 26days, 4days before but after the miscarriage is 3days 4days increase which is 29/30days and it go for 5days the date is not regular again, feeling of cramp, backache, headache, and fatigue. I don't know why? Am i pregnant? Please help. Thanks
