I Have Missed My Period For August. It Fluctuates Between

I have missed my period for August. It fluctuates between beginning and end of month, but is mostly beginning. I have a fluttering feeling in my uterus, not sure what it is. I have also had chlamydia in the past, so I don't know if that plays a factor or not.
