I Have Missed Period For A Week Now, Terrible Backache,

I have missed period for a week now, terrible backache, abdominal pain from time to time, leg cramp at night. Did a home pregnancy test when I was late on the 5th day, but negative, also had an ultrasound scan on that day but not showing anything. Am I possible pregnant? Thanks
