I Have Mitral Valve Prolapse Syndrome And I'm Advised To

I have mitral valve prolapse syndrome and I'm advised to take betacap 20 twice daily.but I'm only taking it in the morning as in scared it will cause impotency.should I be worried?also I'm having headache after taking tablet.im a very anxious person even small reasons I get too anxious.
