I Have Mitral Valve Prolapse With Moderate Regurgitation Which Has

I have mitral valve prolapse with moderate regurgitation which has gotten worse these past years, hopefully not from being on Coreg, but am monitored by my cardiologist every three months or so. Was on Topral until around 3 years ago, then a doctor switched to generic of Coreg. Started on higer dosage but made me feel like fainting. Taking 3.25 am and pm. Never felt good but controlled B/P so continued taking it.Also suppose to take ARB generic of Avalide 150-12.5 everyday but my pressure/heartrate is sometimes so low and my doctor said not to take it when it is low. Also was told to take low dose of Xanax (generic) for stress because I have shakiness everyday. Systolic average 126 but bottom number sometimes under 60 Pulse 60-68. Sometimes pressure goes higher but seldom over 140 and bottom number stays under 80. My left arm reading is sometimes lower than right arm. Symptoms almost everyday: long term shakiness, long term upper left chest discomfort, long term spaciness in eyes, sometimes lightheaded feeling, sometimes palpitations, sometimes aura without migraine headache, stomach issues.... Gerd, no desire to exercise, and although not diagnosed..... health anxiety. Don't know if symptoms are from MEDS, MVP, GERD,or ANXIETY.
