I Have Moderate Lower Back Pain And A Damaged Kidney

I have moderate lower back pain and a damaged kidney that makes severe pain. I was originally prescribed Tramadol for this and it worked great for the pain; however the script has run out and not renewed as I am rarely in the United States. I work oversea as a contractor for the oil industry and have continued to buy and use Tramadol for the pain as it worked and is not an "Opiate Narcotic" like Hydrocodone. Generally, local pharmacies will give me Tramadol based on the old script. In order to meet requirements for a new contract, I must do a 5 panel test for drugs.

My question is how will Tramadol show up on a drug if it shows up at all?
