I Have Moderate Pain In The Right Side Of Neck

I have moderate pain in the right side of neck under jaw, slight sore throat on that side. The pain under the jaw lessens or worsens when I move my head certain ways. Started yesterday afternoon, took advil at bed. Pain returned this afternoon.
I do have seasonal allergies - live in Austin Tx, cedar and molds are very high now.
