I Have Moderate To Severe Abdominal / Oesphoegeal Pain, I

I have moderate to severe abdominal / oesphoegeal pain, I was taking generic prevacid 40 mg (prescribed) but due to job loss have had to go back to zantac 150mg. The pain is pretty bad, today, and yesterday, with a lot of tenderness to the touch. I have no gallbladder, no appendix, can you suggest anything else I can do? Ive been dealing with this for over a year, lost medical insurance last october.
