I Have Moderate To Severe Arthritis In My Hands. I

I have moderate to severe arthritis in my hands. I have had medical attention.acupuncture,hand therapy but still suffer pain. Is using pain melds such as Tylenol useful or a problem with occasional use. Or is there another suggestion you may have for pain management?
