I Have Mole That Grow Out And Look Like Extra

I have mole that grow out and look like extra skin but notice one outside my rector and two inside the rim of my rector and sometimes when cleaning myself there's a little blood but there no pain involved just like the one under my arm pit and on my neck. Should I be worried?
