I Have Ms And Pretty Severe Gastroparesis Due To Two

I have ms and pretty severe gastroparesis due to two lesions on my Vagus nerve but I'm active not sedentary . I assume , being able to eat very little, and some days nothing are the reason I have a fecal impaction . How long is safe to try to pass at home ? It s making feel as sick as gastroparesis
