I Have Multible Ground Bee Stings In My Left Hand

I have multible ground bee stings in my left hand on my left ear lobe with swelling down left side of throt
top of right ear left hand is swelling can not make fist with left hand pain is drive me crazy and the ich I hve done all I can do can not see the stingers to get them out
