I Have Multiple Cavernous Hemangioma And When I Nap I

I have multiple cavernous hemangioma and when I nap I wake up to the whole room different shades of green to teal green for about 5 seconds ... I have double vision ... double up and down not side to side. I had an MRI with no new bleeds. My Mom had macular degenerative retina and went legally blind ... so did her sister ... they both had Cavs ... what could it be? My email address is YYYY@YYYY
