I Have Multiple Concerns I Would Like To Discuss About.

I have multiple concerns I would like to discuss about. For the past 6 months I've been feeling not my usual self. I have episodes of confusion when I cant recall what i'm doing or what to do next. Sometimes my vision goes blurry as well. I've also had post nasal drip (bad salty taste in throat) for the past 2 weeks and it feels as if there's air bubbles bubbling in my temples to my head. I massage my throat due to soreness and I can feel little balls on both sides. I have constant pain ( also burning sensation) on my upper back which spreads to both shoulders and neck. Pain at 7, 10 being the worst. I don't know if its all somehow common or is there something I need to worry about?
