I Have Multiple Pain Issues, Of Which ALL Are Extremely

I have multiple pain issues, of which ALL are extremely CHRONIC AND SEVERE in nature, from: Migraine Headaches, Degenerative Disc Disease w/Osteophytosis in my Spine & Neck, Shoulder Pain, Bilateral complicated by Torn Rotator Cuff(s), Bilateral Sub Scapular Bursitis, Bilateral Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Low Back Pain, Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis in my Hips, NO CARTILAGE in my Right Knee, Attempted Surgical Meniscal Repair--Left Knee (is torn again NOW, 5 months after surgery), have had Mult Knee Surgeries--was Born w/Bilateral Osgood Schlatter's Disease (Both Knees), Severe Chronic foot pain (prev Surgeries for Plantar Fasci itis (Bilateral), have residual pain in both feet on the tops of both feet AND Both Ankles when I walk. Can't work anymore, bcuz NO ONE will hire me AND keep me employed, I was, therefore, forced to file for disability at 48yrs old. I'm too young to have ALL THESE PAIN PROBLEMS, I CAN'T FIND A SINGLE DR WHO WILL FIX THESE PROBLEMS ONE BY ONE. I AM AN EXCELLENT CANDIDATE FOR SURGERY, AS I HAVE HAD 17 SUCCESSFUL SURGERIES, thus far.

WHY can't I find a DR NOW to start fixing some (certainly NOT all) of my pain problems one by one? As a result of having SEVERE, CHRONIC PAIN, my BLOOD PRESSURE HAS REALLY SPIKED, to 190/107 most of the time, my heart rate averages about 104, CONTINUALLY. (I also suffer from Chronic Skin Irritations (Dermatitis, Eczema), Environmental Allergies, too, i.e. Rhinitis, Sinusitis, Asthma. Isn't there somebody out there who CAN HELP ME, BEFORE I JUMP OFF A BRIDGE?
