I have multiple painful hemorrhoids that sometimes bleed. Also after bowel movements, there is sort of a burning feeling in my abdomen and ache in the anal area. I've been using Preparation H cream but wonder if I need to see a doctor. I had a Colonoscopy in 2012 and had polyps removed.
