I Have Multiple Sclerosis Along With High Blood Pressure. I

I have multiple sclerosis along with high blood pressure. I have been experiencing symptoms similar to a sinus issuen with no indication of infection. Upper respiratory issue with periodic coughing. Shortness of breath during walking. Now I am experiencing occasional white flashes peripheral vision both eyes followed by tiny black spots in vision. I am accustomed to visual disturbances with my MS but this is different. Is this MS related? Blood pressure issue?
