I Have Multiple Sclerosis And Have Been On 80mg Dexamethasone

I have multiple sclerosis and have been on 80mg dexamethasone once a month for 2 months now. I now have had blackish stools for 4 days and it's getting progressively darker. Is this the steroid? Should I go to urgent care or wait a few days until I can get a hold of my neurologist?
