I Have Multiple Sclerosis, Spinal Stenosis, Diverticulitis,hiatus Hernia Below Chest

I have multiple sclerosis, spinal stenosis, Diverticulitis,hiatus hernia below chest area etc suffer from extreme fatigue as just one of my symptoms. Recently losing time when i come back could have lost two hrs. Staff observed me said hard to wake me up, could be standing in kitchen motionless or happen when in front of computer screen? Spoke with my nurse assigned by doctors surgery to monitors chronic case such as mine she said not fatigue but possibly ABSENCE SEIZURES! HELP!
