I Have Multiple Sores Under My Tongue And Along The

I have multiple sores under my tongue and along the edges. I also have fissures on both sides of my tongue. My tongue and the bed underneath have been swelling for some time which makes my tongue not fit in my teeth which leads to biting and more swelling. I thought it might be thrush, but I've take fluconazole for a week with no effects. It's very painful. Any idea what it might be?
