I Have Multiple Symptoms, Not Sure Which Are Related- If

I have multiple symptoms, not sure which are related- If I run 3 feet my heart pounds and Im short of breath, I also (even when not moving)get this random heated-crampy pain in my left and right lower abdomen and thighs and now Im getting it in my arms and shoulder blades,Im exhausted all the time no matter the amount of sleep I get. And I have "Aurora" in my eyes frequently. I can even feel it coming on, my eyes feel as if they are going to water and then suddenly theres that zig-zag flashy waves of light which was just a few secs and now lasts several minutes, and I have severe attention issues and memory problems that have come on recently. My Dr, just keeps trying to give me Xanax which I don't want and have never taken. I am a single mother of 3, I need to be healthy for my children,I know something is wrong and I need real help. Any input would be appreciated, Thank you
