I Have Multiple Symptoms Such As Inability To Walk;bilateral Lumbar

I have multiple symptoms such as inability to walk;bilateral lumbar radiculopathy; bone on bone joints in lower extremities due to displaced connective tissue; muscle spasms in lower back; muscle weakness; bladder incontinence; parathesia in lower extremities; and a few more. Doctors are baffled and will not test because they do not know what to test for. I am in a lot of pain daily. Any ideas? Today eating and drinking is very painful and I am constantly bloated
