I Have Multiple Symptoms That I Believe To A Thyroid

I have multiple symptoms that I believe to a thyroid problem. The following are my symptoms:
chills out of the blue with goose bumps
heart palpitations (full heart work up including a heart cath....no issues found)
dry skin
losing my hair
my finger nails are weak but my toe nails are thick and hard to trim
tired all the time
not able to lose weight
