I Have Muscle Cramps 24/7 Seems In My Legs, Hands

I have muscle cramps 24/7 seems in my legs, hands and lower chest area. I am taking flexoril and I am having really hard painful cramps in my legs. Should I continue to take it. Am also on Gabapentin, could this be cause as my doc doesnt know. What should I check for it
