I Have Muscle Pain In My Right Leg Only, Sometimes

I have muscle pain in my right leg only, sometimes above the knee, but mostly in the calf and ankle. I did not suffer a fall or any direct injury. I have recently had hemhrroid surgery and a tooth extraction, but no obvious complications. I was back to work 10 days ago.
